The Role
This exciting opportunity is perfect for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by supporting the Operations & Finance Manager across administration, compliance, HR, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Operations & Finance Manager's diary, meetings, and appointments
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee day-to-day office operations and coordinate with suppliers and contractors
Maintain accurate asset registers, including IT, vehicles, and equipment
Support procurement and inventory management
Assist with compliance documentation (PQQs, ISO, BAFE audits)
Help implement health & safety processes across both sites
Provide confidential HR support, including onboarding and secure record-keeping
Draft reports, correspondence, and presentations; coordinate company events

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. You will be approachable, proactive, and driven to make an impact. About you:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills (in person, phone, email, and MS Teams)
High levels of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in compliance documentation or external audits
Desirable skills include:
Facilities or asset management experience
Familiarity with HR and health & safety processes
Knowledge of finance or operations functions
