Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the operational delivery strategy to ensure optimal performance and achievement of targets.
- Manage change initiatives, including the implementation of the Client FF 2.0 Operating Model.
- Collaborate with divisions such as FSP leadership, Business Development, Talent Acquisition, and Project Delivery to support proposals and client presentations.
- Partner with HR and leadership to ensure resource availability and tailored training for client needs.
- Improve business processes in collaboration with leadership to support delivery.
- Lead change management within the FSP group and coordinate with broader teams.
- Enhance governance of the Client FSP portfolio and participate in risk management processes.
- Serve as a key contact for critical issues in strategic accounts, guiding problem-solving efforts.
- Develop FSP models, oversight mechanisms, and metrics to meet client requirements.
- Manage project risks and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate budgeting activities, including forecasts and project budgets.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the Operational Delivery team.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the FSP Operational Delivery team in collaboration with leadership.
Requirements
- Proven success in developing and expanding large accounts and partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills to support growth and change.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze revenue, margins, and costs.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with healthcare training or related experience.
- 15+ years in clinical trials, with a history of strategic drug development and at least 4 years in leadership roles.
- Experience managing budgets and resources within a segment of the business.
