What The Day Will Look Like
As an Executive Director, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering business results against financial and operational metrics, meeting new, retention, and rollover targets, and seeking opportunities across other solution lines to increase Aon penetration. Utilize standard methodologies to scale better outcomes for clients and share knowledge within the business.
- Developing Aon IQ through formal training, knowledge sharing, and participation in Client Planning. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Aon services to ensure clients understand the full value delivered.
- Consistently delivering the Client Value Creation Model for each client, collaborating with ECG where relevant.
- Applying Aon standards flawlessly, bringing key collaborators together for strategy and execution of commitments and plans.
- Managing AAV pricing and rollover, modeling partnership, collaboration, integrity, and respect at all levels.
- Supporting Aon’s Talent agenda to build diverse and inclusive teams.
- Celebrating team successes and growth, recognizing contributions within the business.
- Communicating effectively, providing and receiving feedback to enhance team success.
- Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and policies, including risk management training and participation.

- Educational background at Degree level or equivalent, with extensive industry and global client management experience.
