An exciting opportunity working directly with our Chief Executive. This role offers an excellent chance to make a real difference to the lives of those who work and live in Stirling. The position encompasses our People and Communities, Customer Service and Performance, and Housing services. Besides overseeing these services, the role holder will be a corporate leader, demonstrating strong leadership to the Council's Senior Team.
To succeed, you will balance strategic thinking with operational delivery and have a proven track record of achieving local or national objectives in a senior role. A commitment to putting communities at the heart of your work is essential, as is driving organizational culture to innovate and modernize Council services with a focus on people. You will lead high-performance teams to achieve these goals.
