We are seeking a motivated Managing Director for our Healthcare Division, overseeing the North region. Reporting to the UK CEO, the MD is responsible for regional operational performance, including people, quality, and financial management, ensuring safe and effective services aligned with Priory's values.
The role is primarily remote, with 50-60% travel within the region and occasional national travel to Head Office in Hammersmith for meetings, including overnight stays. Lead regional operations, ensuring safety, quality, and financial targets are met.
Manage and support a regional senior leadership team comprising HR, quality improvement, and finance partners.
Coordinate with central specialist functions and regional talent acquisition and service development resources.
Participate in monthly meetings at Head Office and regional events.
Experience in healthcare management or similar leadership roles.
