About the job:

Aligned with our Executive Reward team, your role will focus on three key areas:

  1. Managing your own complex caseload for senior colleagues (up to Group Executive Committee level), including package calculations, benchmarking exercises, and managing buyouts/guarantees;
  2. Leading preparations for the Aviva Group Remuneration Committee, including drafting papers, preparing status updates, and coordinating meetings;
  3. Working on various Reward projects, such as annual reward reviews, reporting, and analysis tasks.

Aviva introduced “smart-working” in 2020 and encourages flexible working; however, the successful candidate should be based within a commutable distance from York, Bristol, Norwich, or London offices.
