Based largely on site in Derby, the business looks to its future with this key appointment. We seek those of you who have successfully operated in a finance leadership role and are in possession of good business analysis and communication skills. You need to work accurately at pace, understanding the priorities of the business, the CEO and the leadership team. Occasionally, you will find yourself under pressure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations whilst you support the business growth agenda, retaining prudent financial management and cost focus. You must have due regard for risk management and see the bigger picture.

An insight into your responsibilities:

• Supervise the finance team.
\n\t
• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
\n\t
• Management of financial operations.
\n\t
• Budgeting, cash flow, and reconciliations.
\n\t
• Development of processes and procedures.
\n\t
• Closely work with the CEO to support business decision-making and the other members of the SMT.
\n\t
• Develop processes in line with the ERP system.
\n\t
• Ad-hoc tasks.
\n

Applications are sought for:

• Qualified accountants in possession of one of the following qualifications: ACA / ACCA / ACMA
\n\t
• Management and Financial accounting experience in an international group.
\n\t
• Experience of managing a team.
\n\t
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.
