Finance Director – Investment Banking

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote)

Salary: £120,000 + bonus + benefits

I am currently working with a leading investment bank in London that is seeking to appoint a Finance Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the finance function.

The Role - Lead the finance team across financial planning, analysis, and reporting - Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations - Oversee regulatory compliance, statutory accounts, and audit processes - Drive improvements in controls, processes, and financial risk management - Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team

Candidate Profile - Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) - Extensive experience in senior finance leadership, ideally within investment banking or financial services - Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, capital requirements, and regulatory frameworks - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
