The Role: Reporting to the CFO, you would be leading the financial oversight and take responsibility for the financial planning, regulatory reporting, investment oversight, Risk Management and trustee support. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term sustainability and compliance of their operations within a regulated environment Key Responsibilities of the Finance Director: Leading the preparation of timely, accurate financial reporting for internal stakeholders, trustees, and regulators ensuring full adherence to FCA Regulations Overseeing regulatory submissions, actuarial valuations, and annual Solvency Assessment Reports.
