This is a strategic and operational leadership position, responsible for driving financial performance across multiple European businesses and ensuring alignment with group objectives.The successful candidate will provide financial guidance, deliver actionable insights, and play a key role in shaping long-term strategy, including investment planning, cost optimisation, and potential M&A activity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial strategy for all European entities, ensuring alignment with group vision and growth objectives.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple countries and currencies.Drive cost efficiency and margin improvements.Provide proactive, data-driven insights to senior leadership and the board.Evaluate and support investment opportunities, including capital expenditure and M&A projects.Manage tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple sites.Key Skills & ExperienceFully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).At least 5 years senior finance leadership.Proven track record in manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills.BenefitsUp to £100,000 plus package & bonusProfessional development opportunitiesPotential car allowanceBoard exposureLife assuranceIf this sounds like the role for you, apply now.
