Finance Director:

Communicate has partnered with a London based Manufacturing business in their search for a Finance Director. The company and its wider group is growing at a rapid rate. You will come in and hit the ground running; in an incredibly high-paced environment with a great degree of autonomy.

This role is ideal for any self-starter with the ability to make the role their own. You will be charged with overseeing all businesses within this division alongside performing due diligence on new acquisitions.

Reporting to the Managing Director of the corporation and supporting the wider group this role is ideal for any ambitious Finance Director with a hunger to join a business at the peak of its growth cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Budgeting and forecasting across the region

·         Consistent delivery of reports alongside the compliance team

·         Focus on increasing top-line revenue through acquisition

·         Present ideas for changes and improvements that could be made to the finance function of the business

·         Work with portfolio businesses to enable further growth

Requirements for the role:

·         ACA/CIMA Qualified with extensive PQE

·         Strong finance leadership experience

·        Self-starter with a strong track record in the field

·        History of working across multiple entities and a variety of M&A processes
