This role is office based 5 days a week.ResponsibilitiesOversee all finance, operations and HR, and report to the Managing DirectorFull responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningDevelop and implement financial strategy to drive growth, profitability and long term sustainabilityLead the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standardsCollaborate with the MD to drive strategic decision making with financial insight and analysisManage relationships with Banks, HMRC and AuditorsHands on to complete month end process and deal with any supplier queries or bad debtProject accounting for each contract, review costs and WIP reportingRequirementsACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a minimum of 10 years PQEProven track record in a Senior Finance Leadership roleStrong systems and excel skillsStrong background in project accounting, costing, contract negotiationHands on, to work at all levels in finance working with a team of 3 direct reportsBenefitsExcellent bonus structure based on profit25 days holidayGood pensionPrivate health and dental for the familyFree on site parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
