This role is office based 5 days a week . Responsibility of the FD/Head of Finance Role:- Oversee all finance, operations and HR, and report to the Managing Director Full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Develop and implement financial strategy to drive growth, profitability and long term sustainability Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with the MD to drive strategic decision making with financial insight and analysis Manage relationships with Banks, HMRC and Auditors Hands on to complete month end process and deal with any supplier queries or bad debt.
