Robert Half is working in partnership with a highly successful and growing Northwest engineering business to appoint an exceptional Finance Director. Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong market presence, a diverse customer base and ambitious plans for further expansion. As part of their continued development, they are now seeking a commercially focused Finance Director to join their executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next stage of their growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Finance Director will have full responsibility for the financial strategy and performance of the business. This is a broad and influential role requiring a strategic thinker who can also operate effectively at an operational level within a fast-paced engineering environment.
