Overview

We’re looking for a Finance Director to join a fast-growing, private equity backed IT services group to lead finance and support the business through its next stage of growth.

You will oversee a team of finance professionals, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, integrity and control, while also providing strategic insight to the CFO, investors and main board.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate financial and management accounts.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage statutory reporting, tax and regulatory submissions, and ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations.
• Play a central role in cash flow management and financial risk oversight.
• Business partner across all functions, from operations to sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting expertise with proven leadership experience.
• Commercial mindset with ability to support strategic decisions.
• Experience in IT services or managed services is advantageous.
