If you’re a top quality Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director who’s frustrated by corporate life or an independent CFO seeking more work flexibility and work-life balance, this might be for you. You’ll provide CFO services to ambitious £2-50M private businesses and help them climb their Everest. You’ll be a self-starter with ambition, energy and a can-do attitude, and you’ll build genuine long-lasting relationships with clients who are typically business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs or MDs.

You’ll thrive on the challenge and autonomy of growing your own portfolio of clients, supported by an international network of CFOs. We have big dreams, and we expect you to share them.

What do you need to have?

You need to be qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes and have held CFO/FD roles with strong experience in commercial finance, business strategy and a proven track record. Your “special sauce” is your ability to build genuine, long-lasting client relationships. You’ll be part CFO, part advisor, part strategist, part partner to your clients.

Work closely with your Regional Director and a team of CFOs/FDs in a collegiate environment. We pride ourselves on a great place to work, with family values at our core.

• Provide CFO/FD services to ambitious private businesses (typically £2-50M turnover).

• Collaborate with the Regional Director and a network of CFOs/FDs.
• Deliver strategic financial insight, business planning, and performance improvement for clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes.
• Proven CFO/FD experience with a track record in commercial finance and business strategy.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
