The Finance Director will provide strategic leadership to the finance function, ensuring the highest standards of reporting, compliance, and financial best practice. As a key member of the senior management team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the medium to long-term strategic agenda, contributing to the development of both financial and broader business strategies.

Specific responsibilities include leading all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and control, overseeing the budget and forecast processes, and managing relationships with external advisers to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Finance Director will play a key role in the financial evaluation and oversight of major projects, and will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing finance team to support the ongoing growth and development of the business.
