The Role

As Finance Director, you’ll be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, improving performance, and enabling sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role with strategic oversight, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across the business
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives
• Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and risk management
• Build and lead a high-performing finance function
• Support funding and investment initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and Board

About You

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with proven experience in a senior finance role
• Experience in an SME or high-growth environment
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change
