You’ll be encouraged to identify opportunities to enhance our delivery and offer additional services.OverviewStep into the role of Financial Reporting Advisory Director in Reading and lead the FR Advisory Regional team. You will share ownership with the local regional Partner to grow the region’s share of national FR Advisory revenues. As the technical lead, you’ll guide local and national advisory projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a leading National FR Advisory practice. Support fellow Directors and regional Partners with practice management to ensure smooth operations. Success depends on market-relevant knowledge and the ability to develop innovative solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and make a real impact. You’ll be part of the national Financial Reporting team, empowering CFOs and finance teams to excel and reduce the pressures of meeting accounting and reporting requirements. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing the region’s share of FR Advisory revenues, aligned with the National FR Advisory plan.You’ll Be Someone WithACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent overseas qualification.Extensive working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, including IFRS 9, 15 and 16.Significant senior-role experience delivering financial reporting advisory solutions, statutory accounts, or audit services to complex businesses.Proven ability to manage a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams within a structured project management framework.Business development experience with ability to identify and convert opportunities to sell work.We’re in it together.
