Ward Simpson is currently conducting a search for a highly regarded and quality driven Independent Consultancy who are looking to further develop their Financial Restructuring service line through the appointment of an ambitious Director.

This is an exciting time to be joining the business and will allow the successful candidate to work in one team across Financial Restructuring Advisory, Accelerated M&A and Insolvency services according to their strengths and interest.

\n\n

Clients will range from high quality Mid-Market to large International and cross border across sectors with projects including;

\n\n

- IBR and Business Reviews

\n\n

- Debt Restructuring

\n\n

- Viability studies

\n\n

- Accelerated M&A

\n\n

- Contingency Planning and Options Analysis

\n\n

- Formal Insolvency case work

\n\n

The successful candidate will be ACA / ACCA qualified (possibly JIEB) with proven Financial Restructuring experience gained with a highly regarded Accountancy Practice or Independent Consultancy. 

\n\n

An experienced Senior Manager looking for promotion or an existing Director will be considered and there is a genuine route to Partner level over the next 3-4 years.

\n\n

Business development skills and some personal network will also be welcomed.

\n\n
