Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Global Head of Sales & Revenue Operations based out of our London office.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Conceptualize, design and execute business process improvements that increase sales productivity, optimize CRM workflows, and innovate for future business needs
  • Identify best-practices which can be systematized and scaled across the business
  • Lead and drive exceptional sales and operational execution, developing initiatives to scale quickly and effectively by penetrating new markets and moving the business upstream
  • Partner and collaborate with business unit leaders to align business and product strategy with commercial execution
  • Drive adoption of defined sales processes including opportunity generation, pipeline management and forecasting supported by CRM adoption and best practices
  • Manage the annual planning process including coverage model, territory design, quota setting, account planning with sales management
  • Deliver data-driven insights to sales and marketing leadership to enable rapid decision making, building scalable CRM dashboards, KPI's, and reporting infrastructure
  • Manage ad-hoc programs that contribute to the overall success of the sales teams and the business requirements
  • Create and drive new strategic go-to-market plans to meet overall company growth and market share goals
  • Maintain strong reporting and accountability against numbers, driving to exceed quotas, while developing and managing motivating incentive tools
  • Increase the level of operational rigor productivity and build processes that allow the organization to be more predictable, consistent, productive
  • Develop short and long-term market strategy and forecasts through market analysis and interpretation of data

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • You have 10+ years of commercial and operations experience
  • You bring a mix of sales, sales management, and revenue operations experience (preferred)
  • You have prior experience in sales integrations, with knowledge of how to streamline technology and align goals and objectives while maintaining results
  • You have proven ability to design and optimize technology- enabled processes, architecture CRM/Salesforce strategies while overseeing the broader commercial technology stack
  • You have experience supporting organizations through rapid growth and scale, developing processes and strategies to drive expansion into new and existing markets
  • You are a highly team-oriented, low-ego leader with the ability to work easily across functions as ‘one team’—a credible member of the leadership team who can influence both business and commercial strategies
  • You have a proven track record of success operating in a complex, global, multi-product organization
