Cement & Packed team based at Quorn House in Leicestershire.As part of our 2-year graduate programme, youll gain hands-on experience across our Cement & Packed division learning how we produce essential materials for the UK construction industry and how we manage our teams and operations. What youll be doing Youll rotate through key areas of the business, including: Operations & Engineering Commercial & Marketing Customer Services & Logistics Technical & Product Development Youll be learning from the ground up- operating mobile plant, supporting audits, engaging with customers, and contributing to safety and process improvements. No two days are the same, and your impact will be visible in the roads, buildings, and communities we help build!
