This is a great opportunity for an experienced GERMAN speaking Recruitment Consultant looking to step up into the role of Recruitment Director. This role is a mix of leadership and revenue generation in which you will take on an existing (profitable) part of the business and grow it further, whilst also managing more junior staff and encouraging them to fulfil their potential. You will report directly into the Sales Director, act as a technical expert and escalation point for business critical matters and continue to recruit for existing key accounts. You will be targeted on nurturing and expanding business from EXISTING key accounts. This is not a new business development role.

Salary : up to £65,000 + 10% flat rate commission on revenues generated + Team bonus
Location: 2 days work-from-home. 3 days office based (Shoreditch)
OTE: OTE is uncapped. Earnings can be over £130k per annum
Sector : Specialist Recruitment Agency, You will be on the Germany Team
Duties:

Travel : There may be some international travel involved to meet key clients

DUTIES: Working with existing Germany-based clients
Nature of the role: Nurturing and developing existing German-speaking business from existing clients such as Huawei, Vodaphone and Ericsson. The clients you will work on are already well-established clients where terms have already been agreed. This role is a true relationship/business development role and NOT a hard-core sales recruitment role but will require someone with a successful track record in recruitment who is now lookin for the next step.
