Global Business Director - Luxury FMCG Brands - London — NEON SEARCH is partnering with a Luxury Spirits Portfolio / FMCG Business to be based in the London HQ. You will work alongside a C-suite team, driving the business strategy across a leading category.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of market interaction and new product development (NPD) for a group of fast-paced premium / luxury FMCG brands.
• Drive strategic plans and contribute to the development of global brand / business category positioning.
• Act as the contact for central functions Ecommerce, Finance, and POS; support the development of new white space, insights and trends, analysis, concept development, and work on a new brand launch.
• Support brand assets and collaborate with commercial teams to drive sales; think long-term strategic brand positioning, and think entrepreneurially and commercially.

Qualifications

• Background as a Business Unit / Category / Brand Director, ideally in FMCG, working with premium or luxury brands.
• Passion for developing commercial plans, understanding marketing, and driving brand engagement through innovation.
• Accomplished leader able to drive projects from conception to delivery; natural motivator of teams and influencer of stakeholders to exceed results.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with ability to work cross-functionally.
