We are searching for an experienced Global Employer Services Tax Associate Director.

Our national Employer Solutions team specializes in domestic employment tax, global employer services, and share plan and reward. With 100 specialists across the UK, we provide tailored support to clients navigating employment tax issues, global workforce challenges, and reward strategies. We aim to enhance compliance, efficiency, and strategic goals, making RSM a trusted partner in employer solutions.

Joining as an Associate Director in Gatwick, Guildford, Reading, Bristol, Southampton, or Birmingham, you will work within a team of Global Mobility experts, ideal for someone passionate about global mobility tax and eager to develop their career in a progressive environment.

You’ll make an impact by:

1. Collaborating with a team of 100 experts, providing advisory and compliance services within Global Mobility.
2. Leading advisory projects with technical excellence and practical, commercial approaches.
3. Contributing to business development, proposals, and networking, impacting the company's growth.
4. Using your experience to develop team members and fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and innovation.
