Global Mobility Tax Director

We’re working with a well-established advisory firm in Aberdeenshire that’s looking for a Global Mobility Tax Director to lead and grow their international mobility offering.

What the role involves

• Leading the global mobility tax function, ensuring technical excellence and practical, commercial solutions for clients.
• Advising on international assignments, cross-border taxation, and expatriate planning for both individuals and organisations.
• Developing and mentoring a team of tax professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical development.
• Working closely with other service lines to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Contributing to the firm’s growth by identifying opportunities for business development and client relationship expansion.

What we’re looking for

• A qualified tax professional (CTA, ACA, CTA or equivalent) with strong experience in global mobility and international tax.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide clear, practical guidance to clients.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and international clients.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a drive to develop and grow the service offering.
