Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team across internal sales, technical engagement, logistics, and business development.
  • Define and execute global sales strategy—60% of turnover comes from international markets across 100+ countries.
  • Manage a range of project sizes in a consultative, solution-oriented sales environment.
  • Work in partnership with a lean, entrepreneurial leadership team, contributing to wider business strategy.
  • Have some previous experience in product and solutions sales covering engineering application.
