New Yesterday
The Fitting Room is an award-winning, independent, global culture and communications house, in a fast-paced, demanding and people-powered world. We design powerful cultural moments at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and truth, building lasting connections between brands, culture, and consumers.Where people place value, they find affinity with others who share their mindset and outlook. So once you know what people lean into, you can define their communities of affiliation and connect with them like a trusted friend. Our strategic methodology identifies the value-based heartlands of different audiences, allowing us to frame narratives and creative campaigns that communities embrace and amplify.Because we believe culture comes first, it’s at the heart of everything we do. We are embedded in subcultures, powered by real community connections and committed to shifting perspectives, not chasing them, shaping the mainstream to influence wider consumer behaviour. As such we are an agency uniquely built to launch, position and transform brand stories, delivering measurable marketing impact.OverviewTHE ROLE: We’re hiring a Group Account Director to lead some of our most exciting and high-growth accounts across lifestyle, entertainment, FMCG, food and drink.
