Our client, Inspire Wellbeing, is a charity delivering mental health, intellectual disability, autism, and addiction services across the island of Ireland. With over 800 staff and a turnover of £48 million, Inspire supports over 7,000 people through a range of therapeutic, wellbeing, and community-based programmes. Reporting to the Group Chief Executive of Inspire, the Group Director of Quality & Governance will have responsibility for ensuring high quality service delivery, regulatory compliance and the effective integration of digital solutions across all services and businesses across the Island of Ireland. The Role: To develop and oversee quality assurance frameworks to enhance service delivery Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards (e.g., RQIA and HIQA). To lead and oversee the organisations safeguarding responsibilities, ensuring compliance with statutory and best practice standards across the organisation. To evaluate and provide assurance to the Executive Leadership Team and Board on internal and external risks that could have an impact on the organisation. Develop and implement a digital strategy to support the organisation's mission. Provide strategic direction on quality, compliance, and digital services. Ensure that ICT services fulfil their legal, statutory and regulatory responsibilities. Act as a role model for Inspires values. Be accountable for setting the annual budget with the Assistant Directors to ensure successful delivery of the strategic business plans. The Person: Candidates must have a degree level or equivalent qualification. Demonstrable experience working at senior level, reporting to a Director or Chief Executive leading a team to successful outcomes Significant senior leadership experience working within a health and social care setting. Proven track record of leading quality assurance, governance and compliance functions Experience of working across regulated services (e.g. RQIA & HIQA) Demonstrable experience in developing and embedding quality improvement frameworks across diverse services. Demonstrable experience ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO27001 or other regulatory framework. Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and digital technologies.
