Managing Talent Partner | Private Equity and Permanent Capital Services & Technology | Office of the CFO

We are seeking a Group Finance Director to help establish a new holding company.

This position is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with expertise in managing complex group structures, equity waterfalls, and debt-to-equity conversions. Reporting directly to the Fund, the candidate will be integral to shaping a new business structure and will have Finance Directors / Heads of Finance from each asset reporting to them

Key Requirements:

• A seasoned technical finance professional with extensive experience in professional services or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of group and hold-co structures with a track record of optimising complex organisational frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable working in a high-energy environment with frequent engagement from senior leadership.
• Strong technical expertise in managing group structures and navigating complex financial frameworks.
• Willingness to travel regionally to manage and engage with various assets.
• Expertise in equity waterfalls and distribution models, including the ability to handle detailed financial arrangements.
• In-depth experience managing debt-to-equity conversions and related financial restructurings.
• Demonstrated capability in M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and strategic execution.
