You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for driving service delivery, team development, and strategic execution across all operational functions. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and getting it right first time, every time.Responsibilities:Lead all group operational teams across service and projectsDrive strategic planning and implement scalable processesDefine and track KPIs to deliver high-performance outcomesMentor and grow teams to support long-term business goalsOversee budgets, reporting, and cost-efficiency measuresEnsure compliance with industry regulations and quality standardsCollaborate with commercial teams to support business growthChampion innovation and technology adoptionYou will need to have a proven history in a senior/director-level operations role within a service-led or project-based industry. It is desirable that the ideal candidate will have existing or previous experience in the fire and security industry.
