The Head of Design / Design Director will report into the Creative Director, and youll work along side the Creative Group Heads and other creatives within the agency.

The Head of Design / Design Director will be a creative thinker and a problem solver, and your role as Head of Design / Design Director will be to maximise the creative output on projects and to maintain and improve the quality of the creative work the agency produces.

As Head of Design / Design Director youll have the ability to look beyond the brief, to seek out creative, effective and appropriate solutions to maximise profit and help to secure new work and clients.

The Head of Design / Design Director will have the ability to build and run design teams, and youll help develop strong client relationships. Youll be a Head of Design / Design Director who can inspire other designers, youll be an excellent listener, youll have great communication skills and a strong sense of personal responsibility.

You will have a relevant design degree, and we are looking for a Head of Design / Design Director who has at least 12+ years experience working in design at a design / creative agency. Youll be a Head of Design / Design Director with an award winning portfolio that demonstrates your ability to think intellectually about design problems and clearly demonstrates your ability to flex an idea across the different channels of a brand.

You will be a Head of Design / Design Director who can produce inspiring presentations and design work for clients. Its important that we find someone who is client facing, and loves pitching, and a Head of Design / Design Director who is a pitch winner!
