Linq Recruitment Specialists are recruiting a Hospital Director for a private mental health hospital in Cheshire.

This is a long established mental health hospital that provides care for individuals with acute mental health needs or an addiction.

In this Hospital Director position you will be responisble for providing effective leadership to the onsite team. You will have oversight off departments including the clinical teams, finance, HR, recruitment, estates etc, and will be responsible for the overall day to day running of the hospital.

To be considered for this Hospital Director opportunity you will:

• Have experieince working in a private hospital setting
• Have worked within CQC guidelines and have an understanding of the relevant legislation
• Be an experienced leader with the ability to lead by example and manage performance effectively
• Have a strong understanding of insurer relations and private payers
• Have experieince managing risk and implementing clinical governnace within a hospital setting
