Build strong relationships with consultants, GPs, NHS partners, and external bodies to drive a patient-first culture. Champion operational excellence, financial performance, and quality care. Act as Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and fostering a culture of safety and accountability. What we're looking for: Proven leadership experience in an independent hospital setting, within a multi-specialty environment offering surgical, outpatient, and diagnostic services.
