Linq Recruitment Specialists are recruiting a Hospital Director for a private mental health hospital in Cheshire. This is a long established mental health hospital that provides care for individuals with acute mental health needs or an addiction.

In this Hospital Director position you will be responsible for providing effective leadership to the onsite team. You will have oversight of departments including the clinical teams, finance, HR, recruitment, estates etc, and will be responsible for the overall day to day running of the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to the onsite team and oversee departments including clinical, finance, HR, recruitment, and estates
• Manage the overall day-to-day running of the hospital

Qualifications

• Have experience working in a private hospital setting
• Have worked within CQC guidelines and have an understanding of the relevant legislation
• Be an experienced leader with the ability to lead by example and manage performance effectively
• Have a strong understanding of insurer relations and private payers
• Have experience managing risk and implementing clinical governance within a hospital setting
