You will have the ability to work in a fast paced, growing business with a performance culture. You will be able to lead by example with unquestioned credibility, judgment, standards and ethics. You will be a great communicator at all levels including face to face but also online and over the phone.The HR Business Partner/HR Director Designate will:-Have extensive experience in a HR leadership role (Head of HR, HRBP, HR Director)Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practice, and regulatory complianceDemonstrable experience of managing complex ER cases and advising senior stakeholdersSkilled in organisational change, TUPE, and integration projectsCIPD Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent experience/qualification)Commercially astute, with excellent influencing and communication skillsHappy to operate at all levels within the People function when requiredAbility to travel to various locationsResponsibilitiesOversee/lead all People functions either directly or through management of a team, including talent acquisition, payroll, total reward and employee relationsAdvise managers and directors on all people related mattersDeveloping, implementing and updating all company policies and introduction of any new initiatives or legislationConfer with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologiesResolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, support and update the business on all employee relations mattersProvide management guidance and coaching in handling grievance, disciplinary and capability matters including dismissal in line with employment legislation and best practice. Assess risk and identify gaps in employee relations processesSupport monthly Business Reviews by presenting HR KPI sSupport internal and external audits that affect the People functionWorking with the Senior Leadership team in key areas such as change management, business design, employee engagement and talent managementProvide timely and professional advice to support the complete recruitment cycle, managing the Internal Recruiter to meet the needsOverseeing all attendance and absence monitoringImplement robust performance review processes, ensuring clear feedback and development pathways.Collaborate with operations to uphold workplace standards and employee well-being initiativesProvide payroll data to the external payroller in the timely and accurate mannerManage throughout the year all team benefits, reporting these and processing year end P11DsAssist Senior Leadership Team in ensuring company standards are always adhered toProduce amendment to contract letters & ensure all records are up to dateTo ensure all personnel processes are followedUndertake HR projects as and when requested and agreed with the CEO or senior Leadership team
