A fast-growing Consumer Technology company based in London is seeking an experienced HR Director to join its executive leadership team. This is a key strategic role for a forward-thinking HR leader who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments.

About the Role:

As HR Director, you will lead the full people strategy, supporting the business through its next phase of scale and evolution. This includes working closely with the C-suite, managing organisational change, and building out a high-performing HR function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Build and scale HR, People Operations, and Talent functions
• Drive organisational development and cultural transformation
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance in a fast-paced setting
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a champion of company values

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in consumer tech, e-commerce, or other digital sectors
• Proven track record in high-growth or scaling environments
• Experience leading HR in UK-based or international organisations
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Commercial mindset and ability to partner closely with executive teams

Location: London (Hybrid flexibility available)
