A leading technology business is seeking an Interim Commercial Finance Director to lead financial planning & analysis. Reporting to the CFO, this role will be pivotal in driving profitability and operational excellence, all during a period of high-growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning & analysis, delivering insight to shape strategic decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve project and divisional profitability.
• Support client and supplier contract negotiations, ensuring commercial value is maximised.
• Oversee commercial operations including insurance, IT services, and vendor management.
• Drive process improvements that balance creativity with financial discipline.

Candidate Profile

• A qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CAANZ.
• Significant senior-level experience in commercial, finance, or operations within creative, professional services, or consulting.
• Strong financial literacy with expertise in FP&A, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• A collaborative leader able to influence at senior level and drive positive change.
