It is an exciting time to join the Subway team and contribute to our transformational journey.About the RoleThe Interim Director, Digital Experience, EMEA will be responsible for leading and growing digital channels in EMEA including mobile app, off premises, and kiosks. This role will lead the EMEA digital team and the overall regional strategy and plans to drive growth across mobile app, off-premises and kiosks through cross functional partnership in a fast paced and high energy environment. The candidate will be responsible for the overall digital business plan in EMEA and achieving relevant sales goals on an annual basis. The individual will work cross functionally with global digital teams, operations, technology, marketing, legal, and third-party partners to drive revenue, profit and operational performance. You should have a deep understanding of key digital channels and disciplined business acumen while being an inspiring and motivating leader for both the international team and the Subway team.ResponsibilitiesBe executive international leader digital channels across ecommerce, off-premises, and kiosks in priority countries in EMEA developing annual sales forecasts and plans to hit relative targets, working closely with global digital, operations, technology, and marketing.Lead cross functional digital team across ecommerce, off-premises and kiosks in partnership with technology, operations, marketing, and key vendors / partners to guide overall business strategy, priorities and execution.Partner closely with Analytics team to develop KPIs and ongoing reporting cadences for business reporting, operational improvements, and platform performance.Primary point of contact and business lead for all EMEA 3rd party and catering vendors including prioritization, relationship management and agreement/commercial oversight.Sales growth and execution focused by working collaboratively to achieve relative goals and priorities that enable operational efficiency, increase guest satisfaction or increase sales growth.Owner of the EMEA annual, and multi-year growth strategy and plan and implementation.Influence and guide globally and work in partnership with other key regions to define growth driven roadmap and priorities.Drive innovation and act as key business stakeholder for EMEA for Global Digital and Technology teams.Skills and Abilities Required8 - 10+ years of management experience in off-premises, digital or marketing with strong business, financial and technology acumen.Executive influencer with strong interpersonal and written communication skills, building business cases and articulating them for the executive leadership and other internal/external stakeholders.Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day and has strong cross functional experience, emotional intelligence, and empathy in order to lead a high performing team.Successful track record leading off-premises or digital teams in a high growth environment and a strong consumer brand with track record of achieving results and driving improvements, prefer 8+ years of experience.Ability to inspire and promote an entrepreneurial spirit of resourcefulness and adaptability across the organization while professionalizing the business.Balances strategic acumen and setting the vision with hands-on teaching/leadership where necessary; willing to roll-up sleeves to support the work.A love of data and insights, always asking “how can we do this better/differently?”A growth mindset: track record of leveraging learnings, demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, always imagining what’s possibleA shared appreciation for and commitment toour valuesWhat do we Offer?PensionCompetitive BonusCompany HolidaysVolunteering timeAnd Many More….
