Reporting to the Corporate Director of Housing and Regeneration, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across regeneration, capital delivery, real estate assets, and facilities management. This role sits at the centre of a major transformation following the integration of the ALMO into the Council and the move towards a unified development function.

About the Director of Regeneration and Assets Role:

Driving forward the Mayor’s 1,000-homes-a-year ambition through strategic site development, capital delivery, and programme governance. Overseeing the delivery of 5 key Mayoral priority projects, including extra care housing and community infrastructure. Leading regeneration and asset teams to ensure timely progression from site identification through to construction and delivery. Supporting the transition to a Corporate Landlord Model, introducing a more strategic and value-led approach to managing the council’s real estate assets. Working alongside the Housing Delivery Team to coordinate housing development activity and funding strategies, including GLA engagement.
