Interim Director of Regeneration and Assets Location - Lambeth, London Duration - 8 months Day rate - £650 - £900 per day (depending on payment type) 35 hours a week (Monday - Friday) Hybrid working available, however the successful candidate will be expected to be office-based 2 days per week with 1 of them being out on site. Sellick Partnership are working alongside a public sector organisation to assist them with recruiting an Interim Director of Regeneration and Assets for a period of 6 - 12 months whilst they recruit permanently for the position. The Role of the Director of Regeneration and Assets will involve: Day-to-day leadership providing strategic direction to capital programme, corporate non housing asset management Delivery of the building of new homes on council land working collaboratively with the housing delivery team to progress sites for development with pace. Work with the housing director and their housing supply team to put in place housing development practices that bring significant improvement to current programme of new build. Oversee the delivery of the capital programme approved by mayor Leading the day-to-day operations of a regeneration and housing, including real estate asset and the FM functions
