    Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes to align with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and statutory accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and trustees.
  • Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the wider team in understanding financial data and implications.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Experience in financial leadership roles within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Experience in Team restructuring and culture change.
  • Stakeholder and board management.
  • Supplier Procurement experience for cost saving.
  • Cost Transformation experience.
  • What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary of approximately £70,000 to £80,000 per annum.
  • Fixed-term contract: 6-12 months
  • 2 days a month in the office in Central London.
