Job Description
HW Interim Solutions are looking to appoint an Interim Operations Director for our privately run healthcare client.
Reporting directly to the MD, you will play a key role in navigating a period of transformation and change as the business grows and expands.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in operational excellence and transformation & change within a growth environment and a demonstrable history of working at a pace of change. They will have built & embedded a central operations function within SME businesses, coupled with setting clear and manageable KPI's for the business. Lean Six Sigma would be beneficial. This role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead, whilst being hands on.
This opportunity is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract.
