HW Interim Solutions are looking to engage an Interim Operations Director.

Supporting the MD, you will play a key role in navigating a period of transformation and change as the business grows and expands.

You will have built & embedded a central operations function within SME businesses, coupled with setting clear and manageable KPI's for the business. Strong expertise in operational excellence and transformation & change within a growth environment and a demonstrable history of working at a pace of change. Lean Six Sigma would be beneficial. This role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead, whilst being hands on.
