About:

We are seeking an experienced investment professional to take a senior role in the origination, execution, and management of investments across the SME and mid-market space. The successful candidate will lead deal processes from origination through to completion, manage portfolio companies, and contribute to the wider growth of the team.

Deal Sector Focus:

Technology & Software companies across; Security, Medical, Financial Services, Safety, Crime Prevention, Pharma and Cybersecurity sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Self-source opportunities through networks of advisers, intermediaries, and entrepreneurs.
• Evaluate potential investments, oversee valuation and due diligence, and negotiate terms.
• Present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Act as board director or observer, supporting management teams with value creation strategies.
• Drive portfolio initiatives including bolt-on acquisitions, refinancing, and exit planning.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support fundraising and investor relations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven transaction experience in private equity, at a suitable responsibility-level with strong deal leadership credentials.
• Skilled in financial modelling, analysis, and transaction structuring.
• Confident in managing stakeholders and leading teams under pressure.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially astute.
• FCA certification or eligibility required.
