H9 Talent Solutions are hiring for an Investment Director to work for our investment banking client to lead the origination, structuring, and execution of investments in renewable energy projects and platforms.
You will bring a strong background in renewable energy investment, project finance, or infrastructure private equity, with an established network across the energy transition ecosystem.
Role and Responsibilities Origination & Strategy Lead origination of new investment opportunities in renewables (solar, wind, storage, hybrid projects). Build and maintain relationships with developers, advisors, lenders, and co-investors. Assess market trends and regulatory developments to inform investment strategy. Identify opportunities for platform growth, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Transaction Execution Oversee the evaluation, structuring, and execution of acquisitions, divestments, and capital raisings. Lead due diligence processes across technical, financial, legal, and commercial workstreams. Drive negotiation of key transaction documents (SPAs, shareholder agreements, financing contracts).
