Progressive, forward-thinking, innovative communities-driven Housing Organisation urgently requires a dynamic IT Director to help shape the future state of the organization in line with the Executive strategies they are developing.

You Will

• Lead the design and delivery of a future state IT Strategy aligned with overall business strategy.
• Focus on four strategic pillars: 1. Digital Access & Trust, 2. Data & Insight, 3. Core Systems & Technology, 4. Governance & Security.
• Cover current technical environment including Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Projects, Data, BI, and Product.
• Develop ways of working, people structure, and future-proofing of the IT environment.

Other Key Focus Areas

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for digital, data, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure successful delivery of change and transformation programs.
• Champion data as a strategic asset for organizational intelligence.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient technology infrastructure supporting flexible working and operational efficiency.
• Enhance customer and colleague experience through digital services.
• Maintain robust cybersecurity and risk management practices.
• Build and develop high-performing teams.
• Manage budgets and financial responsibilities.

You Are

• Proven experience at IT Director level, with a background in transformation, digital/data strategy, within housing or public sector environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on change and delivery.
• Successful track record in leading enterprise-wide change programs and PMO functions.
• Deep understanding of data strategy, analytics, and digital enablement.
• Expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of influencing at Board level.
• Experience in building high-performing teams and leading change.
