We are looking to strengthen the Corporate Finance team and grow the execution and origination capabilities and as such this role will be key in achieving our ambitions.You'll make an impact by:Leading engagement processes from start to finish.Leading deal teams and supporting with local team management.Liaising with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors during execution of transactions.Overseeing the production of deal documentation including IMs, Teasers, Buyer Research packs etc.Researching, preparing and supporting presentations / sales pitches for new business.Relationship building with potential clients and intermediaries (private equity houses, banks and corporates).Leading origination capabilities.What we are looking for:Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people?
