Key Responsibilities

• The MD & CEO will provide strategic leadership to corporate turn-around strategies with emphasis on risk management, asset quality and operational efficiency towards profitability and sustainability of the company ensuring adherence to the Finance Company Act, 2023 and other applicable laws and regulations.
• He/She will oversee recovery of classified assets, manage liabilities effectively, and implement robust internal control mechanisms.
• The role also requires maintaining strong stakeholder relations with regulators, shareholders, and investors to rebuild confidence and strengthen BLIL`s reputation.
