Why This Role Matters

The role will provide management and operational leadership to the President’s office. It will partner with the senior EMEA team (and equivalent roles globally) to drive key initiatives for the region.

The role takes responsibility, acting for the President, to roll out strands of the EMEA strategy, work with top clients, and - together with the Managing Director EMEA responsible for Continental Europe and Israel – be an ambassador for the region internally and externally.

What you’ll bring to the team

· Strong client, market and/or business knowledge; commercial flair with financial and business acumen.

· Excellent interpersonal skills – objective and independent, facilitator, diplomat, assertive, natural gravitas including high cultural sensitivity to navigate effectively and efficiently in a multi-cultural setting.

· Proven ability to build relationships and convert business opportunities.

· Deep understanding of cultural differences across the region.

· Flexible team player with demonstrable initiative and creativity.

· Highly strategic, but hands on operator, managing a significant team and multiple senior stakeholders.

· Ability to influence at most senior levels in the company.

· Strong people and change manager, ability to collaborate and lead a team.

· Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-level client relationships.

· Agile & creative thinker especially under pressure, able to multi-task and prioritize.

· Ability to work with discretion when dealing with highly confidential information.

· Proven ability to lead, develop and nurture talent.

· Proficiency with Christie’s systems & Microsoft office suite.
